Submission sites must fit within the goals of EverythingAg.com and be approved for appropriate-focus by the site administrators. Any site may be denied and we reserve the right to withhold the reasons for denial in all cases. A deposit of 50% of the final fee will be required at time of purchase. All deposits are non-refundable. However, if a site is rejected for any reason, any money paid before the rejection was official will be refunded. If there is a remaining balance anytime after an advertiser's listing is published, the advertiser must pay any remaining balance within two weeks or the site will be removed from all directory pages. There are no refunds once the listing is published. Any amendments to free or basic listings will require a fee of $8 per correction, per link. Free listings may take a couple of months to post on the site, whereas paid listings are guaranteed to appear as soon as full payment is received. By submitting a request for a free listing, the person/company submitting the link agrees to abide by all policies and decisions of the EverythingAg.com staff and confirms that they have the right to submit the data, images and information provided; in addition, all submissions and their providers agree EverythingAg.com is free of all liability.
